These Terms govern your purchase and use of Archive 700 products, including the playbook, the design collection, and any done-for-you or custom build services. By buying or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

Your license

When you buy our digital products, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the designs and templates on unlimited personal and client projects. You may edit and adapt them freely.

What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the raw files as your own templates or product.
• Use the products for anything unlawful or infringing.
• Claim authorship of the original designs themselves.

Refunds

We stand behind our products. If a product doesn't help, email us and we'll refund your purchase per the guarantee described on the relevant offer page. Done-for-you and custom builds follow the revision and refund terms stated at the time of purchase.

Services

For done-for-you and custom builds, deliverables, timelines, and revisions are as described on the offer page or in the scope we agree with you. You own the final website we deliver, built on Webflow, once payment is complete.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of our brand, the Archive 700 name, and the underlying original design work, except for the license expressly granted to you above and the final custom deliverables you commission.

Disclaimers and liability

Our products are provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific business results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
